Description
The Construction Superintendent provides on-site coordination for DiMarco construction projects, supervising subcontractors, consultants, vendors, foremen, engineers, and skilled workers. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, inspections, safety, progress monitoring, punch-list completion, submittal and permit coordination, and daily site management. The role requires at least three years of verifiable construction experience, trade knowledge, computer literacy, blueprint reading, and the ability to travel to assigned job sites; experience with CMiC and Microsoft Project is preferred. The position involves indoor and outdoor work, potential overtime, and physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds.
