Description
ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex construction projects, especially advanced manufacturing or mission-critical facilities involving MEP coordination, equipment installation, process piping, and cleanroom environments. The role manages project schedules, subcontractors, materials, costs, safety, quality, and progress while reporting to project and regional managers. Candidates need 5–15+ years of construction experience, including at least five years as an Assistant Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on advanced manufacturing or mission-critical projects, along with computer, scheduling, and driver-license requirements. The role offers a typical base salary of $90,000 to $160,000, performance-based bonuses, travel allowances, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
