Falcon Construction is hiring a full-time Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial retail, restaurant, and franchise buildouts across the United States. The role manages day-to-day construction activities, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, monitors schedules and quality, enforces safety plans, reviews plans for field conflicts, and supports project closeout. Candidates need 3–5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience, nationwide travel availability, advanced Procore knowledge, and strong construction operations skills; retail, restaurant, or franchise buildout experience is preferred. The position offers $280 weekly per diem, a $500 monthly vehicle allowance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other benefits.
