The role coordinates project managers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and field staff; schedules work, verifies materials, approves invoices, investigates incidents, maintains safety and quality standards, and oversees project completion. Candidates need a bachelor's or associate's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, with 8, 10, or 12 years of progressive construction site management experience depending on education level.
