Description
The Traveling Superintendent will manage commercial construction projects valued from $50,000 to $10,000,000 across project sites nationwide. Responsibilities include coordinating project stakeholders, preparing schedules and subcontractor logs, managing jobsite facilities and safety, conducting inspections, maintaining as-built documentation, handling close-out procedures, and supervising field personnel. The role requires at least five years of commercial superintendent experience, strong communication and leadership skills, project-management and construction-management software proficiency, willingness to travel, and the ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.
