ARCO/Murray National Construction is hiring an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, laboratories, and imaging centers. The role manages construction administration, field operations, schedules, subcontractors, costs, safety, quality, and project progress while coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and project teams. Candidates need 5–25+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years as a lead superintendent on quick ground-up hospital or healthcare projects, national travel willingness, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet physical job demands. The position offers a base salary of $100,000–$160,000 USD, performance-based bonus eligibility, and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
