ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion. The role manages construction schedules, subcontractors, materials, approvals, cost and progress reporting, safety, and coordination with owners, architects, and project teams. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction experience, proficiency with office and scheduling software, a valid driver's license, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
