Description
The Assistant Director provides leadership and support to assigned areas of responsibility for The Resource Center, collaborating with an Executive Management Team liaison on outcomes planning, policy and procedure development, compliance, risk mitigation, and operational performance. The role includes administrative oversight of business, operational, and financial plans; staff supervision, hiring, discipline, performance evaluation, training, and development; and representation of the organization. Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field plus two years of comprehensive financial experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus four years of comparable experience, with two years of supervisory experience under the bachelor’s path.
