Description
The Shift Supervisor/Residential oversees third-shift residence staff and residential facilities, providing administrative supervision, scheduling, documentation, crisis intervention, transportation coordination, and compliance oversight. The role also performs direct care and direct support services, including personal care, health monitoring, medication administration, and resident supervision. It requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of management or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to multiple work sites.
