Primark is hiring a Treasury Controls Manager to establish and lead a new Treasury Controls function as the company transitions to a standalone, FTSE-listed organisation. The role will build treasury controls, governance, settlement, payment, reconciliation, banking administration, and treasury systems processes; lead the Treasury Controls team across Dublin and GBS; manage stakeholder relationships; and support finance transformation initiatives. The position requires relevant treasury operations or financial control experience, knowledge of treasury systems and financial controls, and strong process, governance, risk, and stakeholder-management skills.
