WEX is hiring a hybrid Treasury Director based in Portland, Maine, to support the Treasurer and lead the company’s global treasury operations. The role manages Treasury Analysts and oversees daily cash management, borrowing and investment strategy, banking relationships, corporate debt, securitization and factoring programs, funding and balance-sheet strategy, governance and controls, audits, and change management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of treasury experience including 5 years in leadership, experience with global multi-entity treasury structures and audits, strong relationship-building skills, and experience or willingness to learn AI and automation. The position pays $177,200 to $199,500 annually and includes health, dental, and vision insurance along with other benefits.
