Description
Gusto is hiring a Senior Treasury professional to lead cash and liquidity management, banking operations, liquidity forecasting, funding and credit solutions, payment and stable-coin movements, risk controls, and treasury projects. The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience in a shared-service Treasury environment, strong knowledge of money movements and stable coins, credit facilities, liquidity modeling, operational excellence, analytical and AI capabilities, stakeholder communication, and mentorship. The position is based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City and requires office attendance approximately 2–3 days per week.
