Description
Mollie is hiring a Treasury Manager to build its Asset & Liability Management function from scratch. The role will design liquidity risk, interest rate and credit spread risk, funding, balance sheet, contingency funding, and related reporting frameworks; develop models and policies; support ALCO and senior leadership; and coordinate with Risk, Finance, and external advisors. The position requires around five or more years of Treasury, ALM, or balance sheet risk experience, strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, and the ability to explain complex risk topics to non-specialists.
