John Deere is hiring a Treasury Mexico Supervisor in Monterrey, Nuevo León, to manage cash flow, risk, funding, hedging, capital structure, banking relationships, internal controls, audits, month-end close, intercompany transactions, and treasury projects. The role also leads a team of analysts and drives cost reduction, automation, and innovation initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant business or finance field, advanced English, financial analysis and banking knowledge, and preferably SAP, Power BI, Oracle, BlackLine, project management, and manufacturing finance experience.
