Description
Hanover Park is hiring a Treasury Operations Specialist to own and improve money-movement workflows for fund administration, including capital calls, distributions, wire transfers, bill payments, intercompany transactions, and management fee payments. The role focuses on accurate processing, daily cash reconciliation, error prevention, treasury approval workflows, and collaboration with fund accounting and engineering teams to document and automate treasury processes. Candidates need hands-on experience with wire transfers and capital call or distribution workflows, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under deadline pressure; fund administration, PE/VC back-office, or bank treasury experience is preferred. The role is on-site five days per week in New York City.
