BAART Programs is hiring a Treatment Center Director/Program Director to lead operations of an outpatient Opiate Treatment Program. The role manages clinic performance and budgets, supervises nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff, ensures compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, develops policies and procedures, supports patient census growth, and collaborates with medical, compliance, and quality-improvement teams. The position requires multiple years of clinical-program administration experience, a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, substance-abuse field experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. The annual salary range is $77,945.40 to $80,020.00, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
