East Village Dental Center and Concerned Dental Care of the Upper West Side are hiring a bilingual Treatment Coordinator to support two Manhattan dental practices. The role guides patients through treatment decisions, presents treatment plans and financial options, verifies insurance benefits, manages pre-authorizations, schedules treatment, coordinates with clinical and front-desk teams, collects payments, maintains documentation, and supports HIPAA compliance. Candidates need dental office experience, strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing, bilingual Spanish/English ability, and strong communication and organization skills; Treatment Coordinator experience and Denticon experience are preferred. The position offers rates starting at $28 per hour, a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, continuing education support, mentorship, and opportunities to advance into senior or lead roles.
