Description
Harrington Orthodontics is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to serve as a patient-facing consultative sales professional. The role involves educating prospective patients and families about orthodontic treatment, costs, insurance, and financing; converting consultations into treatment starts; maintaining appointment and financial compliance; soliciting referrals; and delivering excellent customer service. Dental or orthodontic expertise is not required because training is provided. The position offers an estimated $50,000–$70,000 yearly total compensation including base pay and commission, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, and other benefits.
