Nytida is hiring a permanent Treatment Educator for C4 HVB, a home for girls and boys aged 16–20 in Kristianstad. The role supports young people with neuropsychiatric disabilities, psychosocial difficulties, and socially norm-breaking behavior through an educational approach covering personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, public-service contacts, communication, motivation, leisure, and documentation. Applicants need at least two years of post-secondary education, training in NPF and socially norm-breaking behavior, and experience with the target group; Swedish language skills are required. The position has a six-month probationary period, individual salary setting, and an application deadline of 6/10 2026.
