SavATree is hiring for a full-time Climber-In-Training Apprentice Program that begins as a Groundsperson and progresses through a two-year apprenticeship with Front Range Community College. The role involves outdoor tree care, including pruning, removals, cable bracing, equipment operation, climbing techniques, chainsaw safety, plant and tree identification, and safety standards. Applicants need a valid U.S. driver’s license, a clean DMV record, authorization to work in the United States, and a desire to learn tree-care skills. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour plus benefits, paid time off, a 401(k), flexible spending, and an equipment account.
