Description
UGL is hiring a Trenching Operator for its Energy and Industrial team in a fly-in/fly-out role on a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off roster. The position operates trenching machines on construction and industrial sites, digs trenches, installs electrical cables and pipes, and locates underground services using site plans. Candidates need at least two years of similar experience, trenching or heavy machinery experience, an MR licence, a Construction White Card, and experience with renewable energy or utilities projects. The role requires strong safety, quality, environmental compliance, teamwork, communication, autonomy, and practical problem-solving.
