The role manages project scope, schedule, budget, client relations, multidisciplinary teams, proposals, and staff development, while also pursuing business development. Candidates must have a civil, geotechnical, or structural engineering degree, be licensed professional engineers, and have at least 15 years of tunnel engineering experience with a strong trenchless background. The position requires travel to project sites and client offices, with remote work possible depending on project and staff needs, and offers a compensation range of $145,000 to $185,000.
