Apple’s Triage Engineering team is hiring an engineer to screen and triage incoming bug reports, analyze logs, reproduce issues, determine priorities and resolvers, identify emerging trends, and assign bugs to appropriate teams. The role also involves automating and scaling triage processes, collaborating with development teams, participating in root-cause analysis, and using programming skills to improve issue resolution. Candidates need a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience, strong triage and debugging skills, communication ability, Git experience, programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or another language, and daily Gen-AI expertise.
