Description
The employer is hiring a weekday daytime Triage Nurse to provide telephone triage and supportive, evidence-based care to hospice patients and families in Maryland and Virginia. The role is office-based from the Maryland office and includes assessing pain and physical distress, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, identifying urgent in-person visits, providing continuing care, and communicating with physicians, nurses, and other resources. The position requires at least three years of professional registered nurse experience, current Maryland and Virginia RN licensure, and a Maryland driver’s license and automobile insurance; hospice and phone triage experience are preferred. The starting salary is $90,000 based on experience.
