Description
The Triage Specialist performs telephone nursing triage for acute and chronic medical complaints, assesses patients, schedules appointments, provides homecare nursing instruction, documents interactions in the Epic electronic health record, and collaborates with care teams. The role is full-time and benefits-eligible in Westerville, Ohio, with Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shifts, variable days, and every other weekend. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, an active unrestricted Ohio registered nurse license, and at least two years of registered nurse experience in a hospital or medical practice setting; telephonic nursing triage experience is preferred.
