Assurity Trusted Solutions is hiring a Crowdsourced Vulnerability Discovery Programme Triage Lead to manage and lead a team of triage specialists responsible for processing vulnerability reports across government systems. The role includes team performance management, escalation handling, vulnerability validation, SOP and workflow improvement, automation, stakeholder coordination, trend analysis, and reporting. Candidates should have a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field, OSCP certification, web vulnerability knowledge, Burp Suite and Kali Linux familiarity, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience mentoring junior team members.
