Bernard Law Injury Lawyers is seeking a full-time Trial Attorney to work remotely while handling PNW client and court engagements. The role involves civil litigation tasks including drafting pleadings and discovery, arguing hearings, taking and defending depositions, preparing pre-trial and trial materials, participating in trials and mediations, communicating with clients, and assisting litigation staff. Candidates must have a JD and be admitted to the Washington bar, with strong written and oral advocacy, organization, motivation, and persistence; civil litigation or personal injury experience is preferred. The position offers a $100k-$200k salary plus bonus and benefits including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k), and paid life insurance/AD&D.
