Description
The Trim Manager owns trim development for assigned apparel product categories and manages the end-to-end trim lifecycle, including supplier development, costing, sampling, testing, approvals, purchase orders, shipment tracking, receipt reconciliation, quality and compliance resolution, and production issue resolution. The role maintains supplier relationships, supports sourcing strategy, collaborates with design, product development, production, and factories, and manages overlapping seasons and high-order volumes. It requires 5–7 years of relevant apparel experience, strong trim and PLM knowledge, and a base salary of $80,000–$90,000.
