Description
The Composite Trim Technician prepares standard composite parts by trimming, filling, sanding, bonding, and assembling them according to shop orders, instructions, and blueprints. The role also ensures bonding cure specifications are met, uses hand tools and measuring instruments, trains new employees, and leads a group of composite trim personnel. A high school diploma or equivalent, WorkKeys certification, and Textron Aviation’s blueprint reading class are required or preferred, while two years of composites experience is required.
