Description
The TRiO Program Director manages grant implementation, compliance, reporting, budgets, and program outcomes for the TRiO/SSS program. The role oversees student caseloads, academic advising, transfer and financial-aid information, program services, and the TRiO Summer Bridge Program; recommends and supervises direct reports; and coordinates with college departments, faculty, and community agencies. The position requires a master’s degree or relevant college-level coursework, at least three years of experience in staff supervision, comprehensive program oversight, and fiscal management, and may require occasional out-of-state, weekend, or overnight travel. The position is contingent on the availability of external grant funding.
