Sauk Valley Community College is hiring a part-time TRIO Student Support Services Program Specialist to support the daily operations of its grant-funded TRIO Student Support Services program. The role oversees the TRIO Student Tutor Program, manages front-desk operations, connects students with campus and community resources, conducts student outreach, supports retention and persistence initiatives, plans events, and contributes to data collection and analysis. The position requires an associate's degree, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office and database/spreadsheet proficiency, and experience managing or coordinating a team of tutors or similar student employees.
