Description
The Trip Operations Coordinator owns the operational pipeline for fixed-date group-trip departures, from booking open through post-trip close-out. The role manages manifests, rooming lists, room-share tracking, flight data, supplier reconfirmations, advance-party walkthroughs, live-trip mission control, member coordination, debriefs, and NPS data. It reports to the Director of Experiences, is fully remote with team overlap with Dubai and EU hours, and requires 3+ years of group travel operations experience, strong operational hygiene, calm communication under pressure, and fluent English.
