Description
The employer is hiring an experienced Truck Driver at its Epler Ave. location in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role delivers materials to job sites and off-loads OTR-hauled materials in a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight of up to 80,000 pounds, including loading and unloading, securing loads, obtaining delivery signatures, operating industrial equipment, maintaining records, following routes and DOT safety standards, and reporting incidents. The position requires a Class A CDL with air brakes, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds; one to two years of material handling or delivery experience in the building products industry is preferred.
