Description
Regal Boats is hiring a Truck Driver to safely load, transport, and unload boats from its manufacturing plant to dealerships and other marine facilities. The role requires out-of-state driving, regular truck inspections, cargo documentation, regulatory compliance, customer communication, and emergency response. Compensation includes $0.61 per mile for standard loads, $0.76 per loaded mile for oversized loads, $17.50 per hour for loading, unloading, wait time, and PTO, and $150 per day for layovers. A CDL with appropriate endorsements and at least two years of CDL truck-driving experience are required; marine-industry cargo experience, communication skills, basic truck maintenance knowledge, navigation familiarity, attention to safety, flexibility, and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
