Drexel is hiring an Assembler to build roof and floor trusses for contractors and homeowners. The role operates and monitors automated truss-building machinery, positions pre-cut boards according to blueprints, places metal reinforcement plates, connects parts with a hammer, performs quality checks, and maintains a safe work area. Candidates should have experience with hand and power tools, ideally automated machinery or robotic systems, experience reading building plans and digital schematics, basic math skills, and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach.
