Truss Assembler at Builders FirstSource

Builders FirstSource is hiring Truss Assemblers at its Kingston, Washington manufacturing facility. The role involves assembling roof and floor trusses, positioning and securing lumber and truss components, measuring and cutting materials, inspecting products, operating fastening and assembly equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment. No prior experience is required because the company will train motivated candidates, although carpentry, construction, manufacturing, assembly, or woodworking experience is preferred. The position requires physical work in a manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to machinery, weather, dust, vibration, and industrial noise.
