HSBC is seeking a Trust Advisory Manager to manage fiduciary, regulatory, and tax risks for TFS-managed trust structures. The role involves monitoring legal, regulatory, and tax changes; closing issues through action plans; collaborating with IT, transformation, and risk teams; advising on trust technical matters and private client tax exposure; reviewing external advice; and developing relationships with regulators, tax offices, and external advisors. Candidates need proven trust advisory or administration experience, private client tax knowledge, strong stakeholder and project management skills, and the ability to interpret legislation and manage multiple workstreams.
