Handler Law, LLP is hiring a full-time Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal in Chicago, Illinois. The role supports attorneys with estate planning and probate document drafting, file management, legal research, court filings, client coordination, database maintenance, and deadline tracking. Candidates should have paralegal experience, preferably at least two years in estate planning or probate, along with knowledge of probate court procedures, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in legal research and document drafting. The position is primarily office-based with minimal travel and pays $50,000 to $100,000 annually, with a discretionary annual bonus and benefits.
