Control Risks is hiring a Trust & Safety Specialist to triage, investigate, and resolve high-risk safety incidents involving self-harm, suicide, child safety, and other online harms. The role partners with Product, Policy, Legal, and Safety teams; conducts content moderation and digital investigations; prepares law-enforcement disclosures; maintains case documentation; and supports crisis-response and safety operations. Candidates need 4–6 years of relevant experience, including high-risk case handling and crisis-response work, along with strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. The position offers hybrid working, medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, with a base salary of $80,000 per year.
