Gamma is hiring a Trust & Safety Engineer to build and operate detection, prevention, triage, and response systems for fraud, abuse, spam, and malicious content across millions of users. The role involves designing scalable web APIs and trust infrastructure, investigating complex security incidents, building internal investigation tools, and shaping the platform’s long-term safety strategy. The position is based in San Francisco with an in-office culture of 4–5 days per week and flexibility to work from home, and offers a base salary of $180,000–$310,000 plus benefits and equity.
