Description
As a Trust Real Estate Advisor II at PNC's Asset Management Group, you will manage various trust-owned real estate assets, including residential, rental, commercial, farmland, timber, and mineral interests. You'll be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and collaborating with legal advisors to resolve issues. This role involves assessing asset performance, recommending retention or sale strategies, overseeing property preservation and improvement, and coordinating transactions like purchases and sales.
