Description
Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is hiring a Trusted Agent at Boston Logan International Airport to review airport credential applications, verify identity and work authorization documents, maintain security program integrity, support parking violations and permitting operations, and provide customer service to the airport community. The role requires 1–3 years of administrative, security, and/or customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and database tools, and strong confidentiality, organization, and communication skills.
