Sterlington PLLC is seeking a Trusts & Estates Counsel for its Ultra High Net Worth Practice in Philadelphia on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on sophisticated private wealth planning and administration for founders, executives, multigenerational families, and UHNW clients, including advanced estate structures, tax strategy, trust administration, business succession planning, and coordination with family offices and other advisors. The firm requires a J.D., a preferred LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning, active U.S. bar membership, and at least eight years of trusts and estates experience with UHNW clients.
