The role focuses on advanced estate planning and administration for UHNW clients, including designing sophisticated trusts and transfer structures, advising on estate/gift/GST tax strategy, handling trust and estate administration, business succession planning, and coordinating with family offices and other advisors. Candidates need a top-tier J.D., an LL.M. preferred, active U.S. bar membership, and at least eight years of trusts and estates experience with UHNW clients.
