Bailey Information Technology is hiring a short-term ICAM Architect for a seven-month modernization assignment in Chantilly, Virginia. The role provides technical architectural oversight for transitioning legacy ICAM capabilities—PDP, PEP/PIP, EMS, and RPMS—to modern on-prem and cloud-ready architectures, including identity services, authorization flows, policy distribution, microservices, and automated deployment pipelines. The architect will define target architectures, guide engineering and DevOps teams, conduct reviews and risk assessments, and advise program management. The position requires a TS/SCI/Poly clearance, a STEM master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree with 12+ years, and the ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days of hire.
