Description
The Program Analyst (Mid) supports the Office of Research and Technology Applications by tracking cost, schedule, and performance across RDT&E programs, maintaining PPBE-aligned schedules, coordinating SOWs and technology-transfer agreements, monitoring FAR/DFARS/FMR compliance, and integrating IP, export-control, ITAR, TRL, and security-classification considerations into program planning. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
