LoanPro is hiring a full-time TSM Team Lead in Farmington, Utah to lead a squad of Technical Success Managers and deliver scalable, API-driven solutions for lending clients. The role combines technical solutioning, team mentorship, complex architecture oversight, customer escalations, workflow optimization, product-engineering feedback, resource allocation, and sales support. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a technical field, at least six years of technical customer-facing experience including one to two years in leadership, expert knowledge of APIs, JSON, and SQL, and at least five years of lending or fintech experience.
