Description
The Territory Service Representative – Operations is responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory, safe shipment handling, accurate scanning, COD collections, proof of delivery, documentation, customer service, and compliance with operational and safety procedures. The role is location-agnostic, requires travel of 75%, and is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to two years of relevant courier, logistics, distribution, retail delivery, or field operations experience. Candidates must have at least 10th standard, a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence, physical fitness, and willingness to work across shifts, weekends, and holidays.
