The position requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of related work experience, basic math and computer skills, manual dexterity, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass pre-employment tests. It involves physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing on concrete, heat exposure, and working with paints, oils, and solvents.
