L&M Radiator, Inc. is hiring a Tube Machine Operator to manufacture, assemble, inspect, and maintain tubes on solder and tube machines. The role includes operating RTTS and aluminum tube machines, performing light maintenance, completing production forms, assisting with training, and following safety procedures. It is an entry-level position with rotating day and afternoon shifts, possible overtime, and domestic or international travel depending on the project. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and have one year of work experience; manufacturing experience, ERP knowledge, and Lean Manufacturing experience are preferred. The role pays $21.00-$30.50 per hour and includes health, welfare, retirement, and possible performance-bonus benefits.
